What I collect
Directly on this site: nothing. There are no tracking cookies or analytics scripts running on aireadywebdesigns.com itself.
When you click “Make an enquiry” or “Request an audit,” you’re taken to a form hosted by HubSpot, a third-party platform I use to manage enquiries. That form collects your name, email address, phone number if given, your website if you provide one, what you’re enquiring about, your message, and your preferred way to be contacted.
Because that form is hosted on HubSpot’s own platform rather than this site directly, HubSpot’s own privacy and cookie practices apply on that page. You can read HubSpot’s privacy policy for details of how they handle that.
What it’s used for
Responding to your enquiry
Answering your question, discussing your project, or providing a quote.
Carrying out agreed work
If you become a client, your details are used to deliver and invoice for the work agreed. Enquiry details are held in my HubSpot CRM for this purpose.
Nothing else
Your information is never sold, and you won’t be added to a marketing list without asking first.
How long it’s kept
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond, or for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require if you become a paying client. After that, it’s deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@aireadywebdesigns.com and it’ll be sorted directly, no forms, no faceless process.
