• Copywriting: Written by a professional human. I interview you about your business and write text that actually sells your services.
• Visibility: Fully optimised for Google search, Apple Maps, and AI tools like ChatGPT so your business appears wherever customers are looking.
• Enquiries: Built-in secure contact form that sends customer leads directly to your email inbox.
• Running costs: Option to host on Netlify or Cloudflare’s free tier. This means £0 monthly hosting fees for life.
• Ownership: I help you buy your domain name directly for under £10 per year. You own it completely along with your site.
• Future amendments: I charge £60 an hour, but unused minutes roll over.

• Pages: Up to 10 pages, built around your services, customers and locations. Simple pages like an FAQ or an extra location page take less work than the core pages, so there’s real room to cover your business in full.
• Design: Mobile-first design with clean, semantic code.
• Copywriting: Copy written around your actual business, services, customers and locations, primed for SEO with the key ranking terms your sector actually gets searched on.
• Supporting content: Up to six supporting articles answering the questions people in your sector search for most, either on the site itself or set up for Google without cluttering your main pages, to build authority and give AI more to cite you for.
• Visibility: SEO, schema, llms.txt and llms-full.txt built in from the outset.
• Enquiries: If you don’t already have a CRM account, we can set you up with a free-tier HubSpot account that links directly to your website, meaning less clutter in your Inbox.
• Analytics: Analytics and Search Console set up so you can see how the site is actually performing.
• Launch check: Mobile, broken links and cross-browser testing before it goes live.
• Handover: A short handover call so you know how to make simple updates yourself.
• Domain: Help getting your domain sorted if you don’t already have one.
• Price: £1,500 for the agreed site, with no surprise extras added afterwards.

This price is for a straightforward small-business website. Ecommerce, booking systems, customer portals, AI chatbots or other bespoke functionality would be quoted separately.

The AI upgrade for a site that already works, but whose schema, LLM files and back-office details need fixing to make it more findable and recommendable by AI.

• Competitor research: I check who’s already ranking well locally, and whether they’re being recommended by AI search. That tells me exactly what you’re up against and where the real opportunity is.
• Schema and LLM files: This is the core of the package. Automated schema tools produce something generic, because they don’t know your business. I build it from a real conversation with you, in person if you’re local and that works better, plus my own research into your trade or sector. Combined with what I’ve found about your competitors, that’s what gives AI something specific to recommend you for.
• Visibility check: I check that AI and Google can actually see your site, and fix anything hidden, broken or hard to find beneath the surface. This is a common problem.
• Consistency check: I make sure your business details agree everywhere, your website, your Google listing, everywhere else, so nothing contradicts and undermines trust.
• Scope: I’ll flag anywhere your existing content reads generic, but this package doesn’t include a rewrite.
• Escalation: If your site actually needs the £750 overhaul, I’ll say so upfront.
• Your review: Before anything goes live, you’ll get to check over the key facts and details yourself, so anything that needs a small correction gets caught first.

For existing sites that have extensive content and structural upgrade requirements, not just AI discoverability upgrades.

• Technical fixes: I review the site and fix what’s actually holding it back, including mobile display, page speed, structure and navigation.
• Copywriting: I rewrite any content that’s weak, generic or appears AI-written, so it actually reads well and works harder for SEO. This is where real copywriting comes in, not just reorganising what’s already there.
• Enquiries: A contact form connected to a CRM account, if you don’t already have a system you’re happy with, set up ready to use with no recurring charges, so every enquiry is captured automatically instead of getting lost in an inbox.
• Analytics: Checked and set up if you don’t already have it, so you can see how the site is actually performing.
• AI-readiness: The £250 AI-readiness work is included: schema, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and a consistency check across the site and Google Business Profile.
• Scope: If the content, structural and AI-discoverability fixes turn out to be more complex than building you a new bespoke website from scratch, I’ll tell you.
• Handover: A plain English handover explaining what’s changed, plus a checklist of what’s required to keep your site up to date.
