AI-readiness review & upgrade
£250
The AI upgrade for a site that already works, but whose schema, LLM files and back-office details need fixing to make it more findable and recommendable by AI.
What’s included
- Competitor research: I check who’s already ranking well locally, and whether they’re being recommended by AI search. That tells me exactly what you’re up against and where the real opportunity is.
- Schema and LLM files: This is the core of the package. Automated schema tools produce something generic, because they don’t know your business. I build it from a real conversation with you, in person if you’re local and that works better, plus my own research into your trade or sector.
- Visibility check: I check that AI and Google can actually see your site, and fix anything hidden, broken or hard to find beneath the surface.
- Consistency check: I make sure your business details agree everywhere: your website, your Google listing and everywhere else, so nothing contradicts and undermines trust.
- Scope: I’ll flag anywhere your existing content reads generic, but this package doesn’t include a rewrite.
- Your review: Before anything goes live, you check over the key facts and details yourself, so anything that needs a small correction gets caught first.
Website review & overhaul
£750
For existing sites that need extensive content and structural work, as well as the AI-readiness upgrade.
What’s included
- Technical fixes: I review the site and fix what’s actually holding it back, including mobile display, page speed, structure and navigation.
- Copywriting: I rewrite any content that’s weak, generic or appears AI-written, so it reads well and works harder for SEO.
- Enquiries: A contact form connected to a CRM account, if you don’t already have a system you’re happy with, set up with no recurring charges.
- Analytics: Checked and set up if you don’t already have it, so you can see how the site is actually performing.
- AI-readiness: The £250 AI-readiness work is included: schema, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and a consistency check across the site and Google Business Profile.
- Handover: A plain English handover explaining what’s changed, plus a checklist of what’s required to keep your site up to date.

Written and designed by me, with the code produced under my direction: a static HTML site, or Astro for more comprehensive websites. You check it on a preview address as it takes shape.

Stored on GitHub
Every page, image and setting is kept with a full history of every change. It sits in my account while I build, and moves to your own free GitHub account at handover.

Hosted by Cloudflare
Publishes the site straight from GitHub, free, with no monthly hosting fees.

Live at your web address
Connected to your business’s own web address, the one customers type in or find on Google. You own it, not me.

Changes and revisions
While I’m building
Send comments as often as you like while you watch the site take shape on its preview address. There’s no limit on rounds of changes within the agreed spec.
Final check
When the whole site is ready, you have seven days to send any last changes before it goes live. If I haven’t heard from you by then, it goes live as approved.
After launch
Anything I’ve got wrong is fixed free for a month. New pages or other changes after that are £60 an hour.
